Recently, LLR has been presented with an incredible opportunity of growth. We have invited people with similar values of ours to join us in serving the real estate needs of all our clients with the highest quality of service. It is with great excitement that we get to announce the newest members of our team; Brandi Huff, David, Cooper, & Chloe Rost, Dallas Moreno, and Rebecca Long.
David Rost has been in the business for over 30 years. His vast amount of experience has significant value in the evolution of our brand and all of its team members. Like many great leaders, Dave is eager to teach. He allows us to tap into his background and offers a unique perspective on many different situations. He and his wife, Julie have successfully raised 2 children who share the same genuine love of real estate as their father. Chloe and Cooper are almost as tight-knit as Leslie and I (lacking in the twin telepathy department). Cooper takes great pride in his thorough understanding of the buying process as well as our ever-changing market trends. Being a homeowner at a young age allows him to assume a more perceptive role when relating to his clients and fully understanding all their needs. Chloe, a graduate of Saint Peter’s University with a degree in Business Management, has joined us to help implement and further develop the systems we have in place to best serve our clients. She will help stream-line our processes in an organized fashion while treating each clients’ deal with tender love and care.
Dallas Moreno has humbly left a position at Microsoft to expand our marketing efforts. With a Marketing degree from the University of Idaho, Dallas will work to bring our business to the forefront amidst competition with a totally fresh outlook.
Rebecca Long plays a vital role in the success of getting our listings SOLD. We firmly believe that a home will sell quicker when staged, which Becca sees through from start to finish for the majority of our listings. When she’s not staging homes she’s completing tasks that maximize the efficiency and success of our team.
Each of us as individuals is deeply rooted in our faith and in our families, but we’ve all come together to unite with one common goal; to serve the needs of others, with our core values being the focal point of how we do business. This all being said, we are boldly dropping the “Lyndsay” from our brand, because when you work with our team you’ll be working with all of us.
